The Journey of Spandan Yoga
School
Built on the foundation of self-awareness, yogic wisdom, and the integration of ancient
teachings into modern life
It all began in 2019 — with a vision, a student, and a small studio space that echoed with the rhythm of breath and movement.
Built on the foundation of self-awareness, yogic wisdom, and the integration of ancient teachings into modern life, Spandan Yoga School continues to guide individuals toward holistic health, inner harmony, and purposeful living.
At Spandan Yoga School, we weave together the essence of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Shatkarma, Kundalini, and Traditional Yoga — offering each student the tools to grow, transform, and build a practice that's uniquely their own, under the compassionate guidance of experienced teachers.
Distance is no barrier to learning at Spandan. With both online and offline classes, our students connect from India, Singapore, the UK, the USA, and across the world — making Spandan a truly global yoga family.

What We Do & How We Do It
Cultivating Inner Awareness for Optimal Wellness & Say Goodbye to Disease
Consultation
The first step toward your wellness starts with a personal consultation with Virendra Sir and team. Through careful observation and understanding, he identifies your unique needs, goals, and health conditions, creating a customized yoga and therapy plan designed to restore balance, relieve discomfort, and enhance overall well-being.
Identify Root Cause
We work closely with you to identify the root causes of physical discomfort, emotional imbalance, or energy blockages. We believe that true healing begins with understanding — for only by recognizing the origin of the problem can complete transformation occur.
Treating Root Cause
We believe true wellness begins by addressing the root cause, not just the symptoms. Our expert-guided sessions integrate therapeutic yoga, acupressure, chiropractic alignment, cupping therapy, and energy balancing to restore harmony within the body and mind.
Mapping & Recording Improvement
We encourage you to map and record your progress — observing improvements in flexibility, strength, energy flow, emotional balance, and overall well-being. This mindful tracking helps you witness your own transformation, reinforcing confidence and deepening your connection to the healing process.
Cultivating Healthy Habits
We believe true transformation begins with unlearning old patterns and relearning conscious living. Under the guidance of Virendra Sir, you'll explore how simple yet powerful elements — food, water, sleep, and breath — can restore harmony when understood through the lens of yoga and therapeutic wisdom.
Understanding the Meaning of Yog/joʊɡ
Patanjali’s Yog darshan is very important. This Yog is called Ashtanga Yog (Eight limbs of Yog). It includes Yama (restraints or ethics of behavior), Niyama (observances), Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (control of the breath), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses). These five are related to the body.
Begin by identifying their needs and exceed their expectations.
